The new Cape Coral Dunkin’ anchors the east end of a five-unit center, the latest in an area trend of mini-strips.

“They’re very, very profitable,” said Gary Tasman, CEO and commercial real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Myers. His firm has represented similar centers in Fort Myers and Cape Coral. “They’re really, really popular. They’re usually located next to a demand generator but not in the same center.
